One of the most awarded specialty food companies in North America, 3 Little Pigs LLC began in 1975 as a small charcuterie in Greenwich Village, New York City. After glowing reviews from leading critics, the company quickly became iconic to gourmands and amateur chefs alike. Today it leads the pâté and charcuterie industry, offering a complete line of artisanal pâtés, mousses, terrines, sausages, saucissons, smoked meats and other French specialty foods.

Founded by Italian immigrant Vito Longhini, Longhini Sausage Company has been handcrafting Italian sausage and other Italian specialties in New Haven, Connecticut since 1950. Longhini takes pride in sourcing all-natural ingredients and maintaining the highest quality standards set forth by its founder almost 70 years ago. Our traditional Italian Sausage is all natural and contains 50% less fat than allowed by the USDA.

In 1933 Giovanni Esposito and Sons was founded as a fresh meat and poultry butcher shop in the same Hell's Kitchen-New York City location where it stands today. The legacy of Giovanni and his sons and the sanctity of the original recipes is paramount to all growth. With that legacy in mind Esposito's has continued to add new recipes and sausage varieties as customer’s tastes and lifestyles call for. As we reflect on our 85+ years of business we recognize that the Esposito brand has become synonymous with quality sausage and that quality sausage is not crafted by everyone and great sausage is worth the discovery.
