Founded by Italian immigrant Vito Longhini and run by his grandson Rich, Longhini Sausage Company has been handcrafting Italian sausage and other Italian specialties in New Haven, Connecticut since 1950. Longhini takes pride in sourcing all-natural ingredients and maintaining the highest quality standards set forth by its founder almost 70 years ago.
Longhini continues to maintain the high-quality standards set forth by its founder Vito, using only the highest quality raw materials. Our traditional Italian Sausage is all-natural and contains 50% less fat than allowed by the USDA.
All of Longhini's products are made using the finest all-natural ingredients with the same care that has been our hallmark for the past three generations.
